Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

All tags must be attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend keeping your receipt as proof of postage and insuring your return. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment process.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, care and cosmetic products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Fable Crates: once opened, crates cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are encouraged to measure their space and pet carefully before purchasing.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
